Doyle Enterprises began in
1996 as a small-scale renovation and general contracting business.
Since its founding the company has grown steadily in size and scope and is now well established as a
quality developer and general contractor
In 2000, Doyle
Enterprises took an important step forward by undertaking the
Ferry Landing subdivision project in Saco, Maine.
This ambitious project, that included building 28 houses on a
large 19
acre lot, not only set Doyle Enterprises in the new
direction of real estate development, but also defined the character of Doyle
Enterprises as a responsible and innovative development
company. Rather than packing the maximum number of houses on
one to two acre lots, Diane’s Ferry Landing project broke from
the industry norm by clustering the development onto the front
11 acres.
The remaining land was then donated, complete with trails, to Saco Bay Trails. The project was an overwhelming success, not only with the satisfied customers that enjoy the developments intimate feel, but also with the community of Saco as a whole. For the last 15 years Doyle Enterprises has designed and built/re-built over 50 custom homes from Cape Elizabeth to Kennebunkport. Using contemporary building materials and following the latest building techniques, our homes are as beautiful as they are energy efficient.
